CrossFit Life Performance is bringing back Outdoor Workouts for another month, this time out in the cold month of November. These will be CrossFit workouts involving Functional Movements being performed at High Intensity. Each day will be different with a new workout and new movements.

This time we have both Morning and Evening sessions, so that you can sleep in late on those cold mornings too.

Mornings (7:15am to 8:15am) –
26th, 27th, 28th November (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Saturdays (8am to 9am) –
23rd, 30th November

Sundays (Timing will be Updated on Our Facebook Page) –
24th November, 1st December

Location – Ryder’s Sports Academy, Sushant Lok-2 Sector-57 Gurgaon

Please only register if you’re sure about attending these workouts as it will help us design better Workouts for you.
These are paid workouts, you will be charged Rs 1,000 for the duration of the workouts. You can pay personally to Vijay Raj or Adhish Chhabra, or can even pay on the spot of the workout.
