1. What motivated you to join the Eat Clean Challenge?

Winning a competition

2. What is the biggest change you needed to make to adhere to the Challenge guidelines?
Removing bread and carbs. This was the biggest thing.

3. Tell us about your favorite food during the Challenge… What was it?
Grilled chicken breast

4. What was your proud moment at the end of the Challenge?
Hmm. I guess losing 8 inches without working out during the challenge even 1 time

5. What is the biggest change that you have embraced as a new life style after the Challenge?
– Removing the bottom bun of a burger
– Not eating the bread, they bring you before a meal
– Trying to stay away from sugar and breads

6. What are the three big benefits that you felt as an outcome of the challenge?
– Losing 5 kg
– Losing 8 inches
– Having a good understanding of how sugar makes me crash later in the day. You will never see this as well as when you decide to give up sugar.

1. What motivates you to join the eat clean challenge?

To Stay Fit & Healthy, specially because I am not been working out for the last 3 months due to my back pain!!

2. What is the biggest change you needed to make to adhere to challenge guidelines
To Give up Breads /Rotis completely

3. Tell us about your favorite food during the challenge
Sauted veggies, Eggs in every form possible

4. What was your proud moment at the end of the challenge?
I wasn’t fitting into my favorite fitted Tees. They were all loose and I was ready for fresh round of shopping and that too a size smaller

5. What is the biggest change that you have embraced as a new life style after the challenge?
I have started drinking 3 liters of water every day, which use to be 3 liters a week earlier! I have started eating all possible vegetables, which I never had tried earlier. Also I guess I sleep better because I eat light at night.

6. What are the three big benefits that you felt as an outcome of the challenge?
Feeling Energetic, Fit & Confident!!
Above all I would say eat clean is a lifestyle not a diet and I would adhere to it forever. Thanks Richa!!
