1. What motivated you to join the Eat Clean Challenge?

TO EXPERIENCE

2. What is the biggest change you needed to make to adhere to the Challenge guidelines?
NO BIG CHANGE / only I stop ALL HIGH CARBS but keep some cheese – Greek – for Salads

3. Tell us about your favorite food during the Challenge… What was it?
SALADS

4. What was your proud moment at the end of the Challenge?
ENDING with 8 Kg less and a winning the Bronze Category

5. What is the biggest change that you have embraced as a new lifestyle after the Challenge?
TO KEEP this way…. another 4 Kg since the end of the Challenge…. finally, I’m back to my weight 68 when I join CrossFit but in better shape…. I gain 10 Kg within 2 years of CrossFit and manage to get them down in this challenge…. but I was not happy with my shape…NOW fine….

6. What are the three big benefits that you felt as an outcome of the Challenge?
BETTER SHAPE / BETTER FITNESS / BETTER MANAGEMENT OF FOOD for daily purpose

1. What motivated you to join the Eat Clean Challenge?

Usually I have problem with breathlessness during the workouts. So wanted to enhance my performance by losing weight.

2. What is the biggest change you needed to make to adhere to the Challenge guidelines?
Leaving high carbs in the beginning leaded to headache and problem while sleeping. Coming over that was big challenge.

3. Tell us about your favorite food during the Challenge… What was it?
SOUP and Grilled Meat

4. What was your proud moment at the end of the Challenge?
I Have lost about 5kg in weight

5. What is the biggest change that you have embraced as a new life style after the Challenge?
No/Less processed post 4pm is the change I have embraced and I am also planning to go back on eat clean again from the coming Monday.

6. What are the three big benefits that you felt as an outcome of the Challenge?
Understanding of good food vs bad food is the big benefit derived out of the challenge.
